This book is great imo. But to everyone who says lbgtq+ is wrong, and or sinful, guess what. It’s the twenty first century, things have changed. I’m Christian, and I think no matter what god will love everyone. But! (Yes there’s more!) everyone is entitled to there opinions, and the book(s) should probably be rated for higher ages, just because of the amount of violence and romance. The lgbtq+ stuff is also a older kid topic. Also, (sorry yea more) We don’t need to be all “YAY GAY DRAGONS LALALA!” It’s annoying and it makes the other side more angry. And to the other side, telling people they are awful because of they love who they love is NOT Christian. I do hear you who are saying you still love them, and that is 100% the first step. I enjoy how Tui incorporates important life things, I’ve also noticed no dragons seem to be angry at the lgbtq+ dragons for being that way. That’s interesting because of all the other problems their society has. Thank you for reading this if you did. Gay is a sin, Tui” “ good book, anyway my oc’s name is Willow-“ Me: ;-; 1: You have the right to think gay is a sin, and this is your honest review on the book, but jeez. Some people don’t believe in god, and it’s really rude to go into a review section and just put a review on how god made us straight. You can believe that, but keep it to yourself unless it personally affects your life. 2: it depends on what the child believes, or what their maturity level is. And 7 year olds aren’t reading Wof bud. Most kids reading these books are old enough to understand relationships and gay relationships. Every child is different, and not all are raised on gay is mature. 3: cool, you like the fact that the book represents the lgbtq community. But, it would be better if you left a review that doesn’t just say ‘yayyy gay forever lgbt rules Willow and sundew are my favorite ship 🙌’ those reviews also tick off anti gay people and then the other reviews will start flooding in… 4: leaving a small offensive review won’t do you any good and no one will really care, so uh. 5: I mean, why are you so hyped up that there are two queer characters? The whole book isn’t just them making out. The fact you think gay is weird can be your opinion, I don’t really care, but just enjoy the book and skip the gay parts 6: you can be creative and make Ocs and stuff, but the review section is for reviews.. plus, some people know nothing abt Wof or are young and make unoriginal OCs, and it gets kinda annoying, don’t stop being creative, but maybe be creative else where?
