Loving Penny Reid’s books! I love how the characters intermingle from one group of books to the next. I’d prefer more really! I loved these books with Mona and Abram but I’d also like a prequel or epilogue w the families we could really hear about everyone who loves Marie and Matt and Abram and Mona the kids the families etc . What I’m trying to say is I want to know more! To hear about the next generation or more if this one...

Time by Penny Reid is the third book in her three-part Laws of Physics series. The final part of the story of Mona and Abram and all the angst we have been salivating for! Picking up a week after the end of Space we are witness to Mona's emotional melt down - a first for her and all the fears she has after Abram left Aspen. The feels are just so much - I read this book perched on the edge of my seat snarling at any who dare interrupt. Mona and Abram are exquisite - two people I'd love to know. With faults and flaws and awesomeness and together they are everything. You MUST read this series in order or there just isn't any point. The build of the characters, their family, their friends, their relationship - Gah! LOVED IT! - was superbly-written and perfectly paced. The slow burn is a hard thing to manage without the reader (me) losing interest but I promise I was engaged through every page of this story. Enjoy!

Time is the third and final book in the Laws of Physics trilogy and my absolute favorite of the series. I adore Mona in all her quirky amazingness. In TIME, Mona has to really find the path to heal herself. When the truth of her past is fully revealed I felt a powerful personal connection to the story and I think lots of women will also see themselves in Mona. “It’s damaging for Mona DaVinci to sit quietly and let others dictate her—my—personal life. Then what good have I done? History—the good kind of history—is seldom made by those who keep their head down.” Abram is SO patient and loving and caring!! I think everyone will want their own Abram to take home and keep!! “My grin grew because she was smiling at me, her eyes dazed and warm and happy, and I lost myself a little in her gorgeous whiskey gaze. Truly, she was breathtaking. I could get used to this, making Mona happy on accident, just by being myself.” This trilogy as a whole is gorgeous and breathtaking with a wonderful epilogue that gives us little sneak peeks at some of our favorite Penny Reid characters like Abram’s sister Marie. -5+ Stars-

This story. Man, it is so much. So much love. So much soul. So much depth. So much uniquely Penny. In addition to an outstanding story and superior writing there are threads here connecting every series in the Pennyverse which, as a low-key obsessed reader, I adored. This series in particular, and Penny’s writing on the whole is a genre unto itself. She has no true peers that I have found. The depth of story, the humor, the world building (yes, contemporaries need worlds built, too), the unabashed and unapologetic intelligence that shines through all her work are all elements that make her a must read for me. This conclusion to the Laws of Physics series went in unexpected directions but granted us a glimpse into the happily ever after and how it’s not always simple but is always worth it. If you’re looking for a dramatic but not angsty read with a steaming hot rock star and physics jokes look no further than Laws of Physics and you won’t be disappointed. Plus, by now all three books are out so no waiting!

Penny Reid has done it again. Time was a "read it in one sitting because I was starving for more Abram and Mona" kind of book. The last book of the trilogy was so good that I didn't want it to end. I have loved every single book that Penny Reid has released. Every. Single. One.

And so it has come to this... There's just something special about characters that make you feel so incredibly much so fast. Who make you happy when they are happy, or sad when they are sad, angry when something screwed up happens to them in the story, and so forth. And I have encountered a small amount of authors who are able to pull this off; Penny Reid is one of those authors. Laws of Physics has got to be one of my favorite things Reid has ever written; I am a big fan of angst, and a well written slow burn, and an incredibly romantic hero, and a quirky and lovely heroine that makes me laugh, and this one delivered in all fronts. The character development in this book was just stunning, specially when it comes to Mona and her past. It was beautiful to see her come to terms with what happened to her, and accept help from a professional; not only that, but seeing her open up to Abram, on that front and about her parents too. Her progress in the epilogue made so so proud of her! I also loved to see how they handled their distance, and how they didn't let that diminish the love they had for each other. In fact, that love only grew stronger. Although I love angst, seeing Mona and Abram (mostly) happy throughout the book warmed my heart. It was just as nice to read about them navigating their new relationship. I have not finished the Knitting in the City series yet, but I still loved seeing them all together! Specially Ashley, I have a soft spot for her! It is bittersweet to say goodbye to Mona and Abram, because they have made their way into my heart and I don't think (or want) they will ever leave. I finished this book with a big smile on my face, because I just loved it to pieces, but sadness in my heart, because I want so much more . Thank you, Penny Reid, for writing a book that has taught me so much, and made me feel so much (in the most positive of ways). I am eternally in love with these two. ps: hear me out, this is a total random thought, but Abram and Claire (from Winston Brothers) are both singers... Maybe they could cross paths... I think they should be friends... just sayin..
