    I’d say the synopsis is misleading. It leaves you expecting a Haunting Adeline type of dark romance, when it’s sooo not like that. It’s way more of a murder-mystery. I loved it, it was everything I didn’t expect and all I really needed it to be. The only down-side are the last few chapters. They bring you back and forth in time and leave you a bit too confused on “when” and “where” you’re standing in time (story-wise). If those confusing bits that take away from the immediate enjoyment of the story were to be fixed so that you could immediately understand “when” and “where”, the story would be far more enjoyable. Either way, I think that even if it takes a little moment to understand those final bits, the story is still very good.

    Honestly, such a well written and engaging book. Being a voracious reader I finished it in two shakes of a lambs tail. I will miss these characters terribly. I truly will.
